Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our growing team! If you enjoy staying active, working in a warehouse environment, and providing excellent customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy, including size, quantity, finish, and condition.
- Stock inventory into designated warehouse bins and maintain an organized workspace.
- Pull, package, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
- Make local deliveries of fasteners, tools, and related products to customers.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Work closely with the purchasing and sales departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus but not required).
What We're Looking For:
- Clean and valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
