Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist
Pay: $17.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: 3-6 Month Contract (Potential for Long-Term Opportunity)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service
Representative / Data Entry Specialist for a growing company in the Ocala area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives on accuracy, and wants the opportunity to grow into a long-term career with a company willing to invest in the right candidate.
This role supports a title company specializing in documentation for recreational vehicles and collector cars for lenders. If you're computer-savvy, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Verify customer and title information for accuracy
- Contact DMV offices nationwide to obtain title and fee information based on state and county requirements
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and business partners
- Maintain electronic records using Google Drive and company software
- Work on a Mac computer and learn the company's proprietary database (similar to Salesforce)
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, call center, or data entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data and numerical entry
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets) preferred
- Comfortable working on Mac computers
- Professional communication and phone etiquette
- Personable, easy-going, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to sit for extended periods in an office setting
Requirements
- High attention to detail is a must
- Strong typing and data entry accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must pass a national background check
