Warehouse/Counter Sales
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Counter Salesperson to provide excellent customer service and support walk-in customers. This role combines customer service, sales, and warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases, product questions, and order pickups.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counter and warehouse.
- Process customer returns and refunds according to company procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
- Support warehouse operations by stocking inventory and pulling customer orders.
- Operate sit down forklifts as needed to move warehouse materials.
- Work safely while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detailed oriented and willing to learn new skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in both a sales counter and warehouse environment.
- Must have previous warehouse experience
- Previous sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
