Client Success & Sales Support Specialist
Medical Weight Loss & Hormone Therapy Practice
- Locations: Ocala, FL
- Pay: $20–$24/hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Travel: Must be willing to work between Ocala and Lady Lake locations if needed

We are looking for a confident, personable, and sales-driven Client Success & Sales Support Specialist to join a growing medical practice focused on weight loss, hormone therapy, wellness, and health optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in medical sales, med spa/aesthetics, weight loss, healthcare customer service, wellness, fitness memberships, or inside sales. This is NOT a traditional receptionist position and NOT cold calling. You will work primarily with warm leads and existing clients who have already expressed interest in our services.
What You'll Do

Speak with prospective and existing clients by phone, text, and electronic messaging.

Follow up with warm leads and convert inquiries into scheduled consultations.

Build relationships and understand client needs and goals.

Confidently explain services and guide clients toward the appropriate next step.

Schedule consultations and appointments.
-
Re-engage previous and inactive clients.

Support sales and lead follow-up activities.

Identify opportunities for additional services that may benefit existing clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine client concerns.

Maintain accurate CRM notes, client information, and follow-up tasks.

Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and sales teams to create an exceptional client experience.
What We're Looking For
REQUIRED:

Previous sales experience
-
Previous customer service experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Extremely comfortable speaking with clients by phone

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Comfortable using CRM software and multiple computer systems

Professional, confident, personable, and dependable

Able to discuss health and wellness services professionally and discreetly

Willingness to travel between Ocala and Lady Lake
STRONGLY PREFERRED:

Medical sales or healthcare customer service

Med spa, aesthetics, or wellness experience

Weight loss industry experience

Hormone therapy or related medical experience

Fitness or membership sales

Inside/phone sales

Patient coordination or medical office experience
The Right Person
You don't have to be a healthcare expert but you do need to know how to sell, communicate, follow up, and take care of people. We're looking for someone who is sales-minded without being pushy, naturally builds relationships, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and understands that consistent follow-up is critical to success. If you've worked in a med spa, medical office, weight loss clinic, wellness business, healthcare sales, or another relationship-driven sales environment, we'd especially like to hear from you.
