Job Details:
- Pay Rate - $17.00/HR
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Full-Time, Permanent Position!
Job Duties:
- Responsible for all incoming referrals and orders for delivery and pick up.
- Completes verification of insurance for DME coverage and prior authorization information.
- Completes any special instructions for billing to the patient's insurance prior to the delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Must have over 1 year customer service experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Must have data entry experience.
