Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor for a full-time, permanent opportunity at a large, established manufacturer in Orlando and throughout Central Florida.
Job Details:
- Salary Range - $26.00/HR - $30.00/HR (depending on skills and experience)
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - between the hours of 4:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Full-time, permanent opportunity!
Job Duties:
- Overseeing all of the operations of a plant.
- Managing 7-15 employees, meeting projections, and ensuring quality.
- Responsible for troubleshooting problems, resolving conflicts, and employee training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of management/leadership experience is required.
- Must have strong communication skills to lead, direct, and train employees.
- Manufacturing/Industrial experience.
