Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Production Team Lead for an opportunity located in Orlando, FL!
Job Details:
- Pay Range - $18.00/HR - $25.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Plus Overtime
- Full-time, permanent position.
Job Duties:
- Trains new assembler employees in the tasks required for component assembly work, including actual assembly techniques, use of tools and machinery, and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Plans and assigns work tasks among assembly team to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related production goals.
- Selects and sets proper machine control settings/part(s) wherever appropriate, such as placing correct disk on saw, setting guides, etc., according to type of work order and specification of cut.
Requirements:
- MUST have leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- MUST have over 2 years of manufacturing/production experience.
- MUST be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
