Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, direct-hire IT Manager starting immediately for a company located in Orlando, FL!
Position Details:
- Salary - $85,000/year
- Bonus - $1,000/quarterly bonuses.
- Benefits - Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K with Company Match.
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Full-time, direct hire.
Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Business Central and CRM Add-Ons: Manage and integrate Microsoft 365 Business Central and CRM add-ons to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
- Outlook Management: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Outlook for all employees.
- System Maintenance: Manage ongoing process of regularly checking, updating, and repairing an organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, to ensure they remain functional, secure, and operating at optimal performance, preventing disruptions to business operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Business Central and CRM add-ons, Outlook, office phones, printers, and storage solutions.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
