Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, direct-hire Project Manager to manage projects for a Residential Remodeling company in the Orlando area!
Position Details:
- Pay Range - $85,000/year - $95,000/year (Depending on skills and experience)
- Benefits - Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Days, 401k with 3% match, Health Insurance, Work Truck & Gas Card, Profit Sharing at 1 year.
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other workers on the same project.
- Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities.
- Responsible for any delays, emergencies, and problems that can arise.
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements.
- Report project progress and budget to the client.
- Explain contract and technical matters to others in a clear manner.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables.
Requirements:
- Minimum six years managing high-end residential remodeling projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Capable of running multiple jobs at once while meeting deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients while communicating clearly and ensuring their expectations are met.
