Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $22.00/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Full-time, permanent opportunity!

Job Duties:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and co-workers at all times.
• Moderately technical to communicate with customers about our products and how they solve the field issues.
• Processing customer orders, returns, and customer requests.

Requirements:

• MUST have 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
• MUST have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• MUST be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
