Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, direct-hire Fleet Risk Management Lead Engineer for a manufacturing company located in Central Florida.
Position Details:
- Salary - $125,000/year
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties:
- Lead structured assessments of fleet risks through cross-functional committees. Translate technical risks into commercial impacts and support business case development.
- Lead project management of risk mitigation development and implementation plans in with engineering and outage teams. Track mitigation application status and performance of mitigations on a fleet and fleet leader basis.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes for tracking fleet risk applicability. Ensure integration with enterprise platforms and support data integrity and traceability.
Requirements:
- B.S. Mechanical, Aerospace, Construction, Industrial or, Computer Science Engineering program at an accredited University.
- 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering, fleet engineering, asset performance, or risk management in the energy sector. Strong understanding of combined cycle power plants and major components is required. Preferred experience includes construction and commissioning of power plants.
