Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, direct-hire Accounting Specialist for an opportunity in Orlando, FL!
Position Details:
- Salary Range - $40,000/year - $60,000/year (Depending on skills and experience)
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- On-site role. Full-time, direct-hire position.

Job Duties:
- Create vendor and customer accounts.
- Update assets & inventory accounts as needed.
- Prepare Sales & Use Tax Returns in accordance with state and local laws.
- Manage daily cash postings across multiple payment channels.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Experience with Accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage 50, etc.
- Must have experience with filing Sales & Use Tax Returns.
- Must have experience with Accounts Payable & Receivable.
