Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Resource Coordinator for an immediate opening in Orlando, FL!

Position Details:

• Pay Range - $20.00/HR - $24.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
• Scheduled Days - Monday - Friday
• Training Hours - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-Time Hours - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Liaise with interdepartmental stakeholders during the onboarding process to orchestrate the requirements needed for a successful start date of new hires.
• Manage and confirm new hires' specific requirements and expectations aligned with project assignment.
• Gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling the first day.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-years of proven work experience in the role of coordinating onboarding and/or scheduling.
• Capability of gathering information to make informed, timely, and smart decisions for the best benefit of the company.
• Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various tasks, with the ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
