Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Accounts Payable Specialist starting immediately!
Position Details:
- Pay Rate - $25.00/HR
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location - South Orlando/Meadow Woods area - 32824 zip code.
Job Duties:
- Set up and maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments together with vendor remittances.
- Credit Card transactions review, reconciliation, and processing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and ERP systems.
