Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 6-month contract position starting immediately!

Job Details:

Pay Rate - $26.00/HR
Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Training will be on-site; once training is completed, it will be a remote position.

Job Duties:

Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and support hiring decisions.
Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent.

Requirements:

Experience in high volume (frontline) full cycle recruiting.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems.
Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
