Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, Invoice Quality Control starting immediately for a 2-month contract role.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $22.00/HR
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Full-time, 2-month contract position.

Job Duties:

• Review, classify, and approve parts and service invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure invoices are billed to the correct AR accounts and meet company credit and tax policies.
• Retrieve and process invoicing documentation while supporting administrative and AR functions.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of invoicing, accounting, or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work with numbers and ledgers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
