Job Details
- Pay Rate - $20.00/HR
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Full-time, permanent opportunity.
Job Duties
- Support the outside sales team by sourcing rental equipment, processing orders, and communicating with customers.
- Manage emails and maintain organized communication with customers and team members.
- Track paperwork, logs, called-off contracts, reported damages, and customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Must have strong customer service, administrative, and data entry experience.
- Must be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable entering the warehouse as needed to communicate orders and obtain samples for customers.
