Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Case Manager starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $22.00/HR
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Full-time, permanent opportunity.

Job Duties:

• Review veterans' compensation cases and identify claim opportunities.
• Analyze case information, determine effective claim strategies, and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding claim status, collect information, provide updates, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
