Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our recruiting team!

Compensation Details:

• Starting Salary - $37,000/year - $45,000/year (Depending on skills and experience)
• Monthly Commission - Percentage of all activity/gross margin from the previous month.
• Year-End Bonus.
• 401(k) with company match.
• 5 Paid Holidays and 11 PTO days.

Position Details:

• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-time, internal opportunity with Express's recruiting team.

Job Duties:

• Conducting interviews with potential candidates to be placed to work.
• Working with companies to receive job orders, coordinate interviews, and perform follow-up, quality control calls.
• Marketing qualified candidates to companies in the area to increase job placements.

Requirements:

• MUST have previous recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• MUST be fluent in both English & Spanish.
• MUST be computer proficient and skilled with MS Office.
