Location: Tallahassee, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Occasional Weekends)
Pay: $18 per hour + Overtime Opportunities

If you take pride in a job well done and have experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, we want to meet you!
🔧 Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew of 2–5 lawn care technicians

Ensure high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services
-
Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment safely and efficiently
-
Maintain tools and equipment, and report maintenance needs
-
Communicate job progress with management and address customer concerns on-site

Ensure safety procedures are followed by all team members
✅ Qualifications:
-
2 - 3 years of lawn care or landscaping experience required

Previous team leadership or crew supervision is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
