Job Full Description
Now Hiring: Welder Craftsman
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Welder Craftsman to join our team! We’re looking for someone who can weld, prep, and fabricate materials across multiple stations with precision, while also performing quality checks and staging parts efficiently.
What You’ll Do:

Perform TIG and/or MIG welding
-
Identify and work with various parts and products
-
Handle minor repairs on assemblies and project work

Set up, adjust, and operate welding machines properly
-
Complete routine maintenance on equipment
What We’re Looking For:
-
Language Skills – Able to read basic words and numbers, and communicate in simple sentences

Math Skills – Comfortable with basic math functions
-
Problem-Solving Skills – Apply common sense to follow instructions and handle routine challenges

Physical Ability – Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/work for 8–10 hours daily

Must have close vision for detail work
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
