Job Title: Warehouse Leader

Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL
Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: Warehouse Manager & Warehouse Assistant Manager
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

 

Express Employment Professionals – Treasure Coast is currently hiring a Warehouse Leader for a growing company in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity offers room for growth and development within a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

You will support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, safe, and efficient handling of goods. Main duties include:

  • Processing order transactions for EDI declarations and labeling

  • Shipping using UPS / FedEx software

  • Conducting inventory audits

Additional tasks may include:

  • Moving inventory between pick and bulk locations

  • Product repackaging and receiving

  • General warehouse support as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping platforms

  • Comfortable lifting 30+ lbs and performing physical tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

  • Familiar with handheld barcode scanners

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Forklift experience is a plus

  • Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
