Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an experienced Yard Laborer.
Location: Vero Beach, FL
Schedule : 7am-3:30pm mon-fri
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Laborer with experience operating forklifts to support daily yard operations. This role involves loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, assisting with general labor tasks, and ensuring the yard remains clean, safe, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products and materials safely.

Assist with receiving and staging shipments.

Organize and maintain materials, equipment, and tools in the yard.

Assist with basic maintenance and repair of yard equipment as needed.

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions to support day-to-day yard operations.

Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.

Perform general labor duties, including sweeping, debris removal, and assisting other departments when required.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

Experience operating a forklift in a yard, warehouse, or construction environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Strong work ethic and attention to safety.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
