Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
The Painter/Stainer will be responsible for preparing, finishing, and refinishing various surfaces including walls, trim, cabinetry, and woodwork. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and maintains a clean, efficient workspace.
Responsibilities:

Prep and paint/stain interior and exterior surfaces to professional standards

Sand, clean, and finish wood surfaces (trim, doors, cabinetry, etc.)

Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes as required

Repair minor drywall or surface imperfections prior to finishing

Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in clean, safe condition

Follow company safety procedures and project timelines

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional painting/staining experience preferred

Knowledge of various paint types, stains, and application methods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
