About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading full-service marketing agency located in Vero Beach to find an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and creative, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and analytics.
Responsibilities

Assist in the development of digital strategies to build connections with target audiences

Plan and launch optimized online campaigns through programmatic and social media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DSP providers)

Actively contribute to SEO efforts including keyword research and image optimization

Collaborate with designers and other team members to improve user experience

Monitor and measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools

Stay up-to-date with the latest online marketing trends and tools to refine strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
