Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to sell building supplies and industrial products to contractor clients. In this role, you will strategically build new customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and provide exceptional service by offering a full range of products and solutions tailored to each customer’s contracting needs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate, manage, and grow customer relationships within assigned territories
- Utilize sales reports and customer data to identify buying trends and sales opportunities
- Make cold calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Schedule and attend appointments with contractor prospects
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive the right products and support
- Promote a wide range of building materials and industrial products
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Must be able to pass an MVR check
- Vehicle insurance must meet company requirements
- Prior experience in outside sales, construction supply, or industrial products is a plus

Work Schedule
Day Shift:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
