Now Hiring: Outside Building Janitor / Maintenance Technician

Location: Port St. Lucie, FL
Pay Rate: $18-$20hour BOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Outside Building Janitor/Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and appearance of a commercial property in Port St. Lucie.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform exterior cleaning and janitorial duties, including walkways, parking areas, and building surroundings

Conduct basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property

Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

Follow all safety and company procedures
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3+ years of outside janitorial and/or maintenance experience
-
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-
Must pass a Level 2 background check

Must pass a drug screening
-
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
