Customer Service Representative – Administrative Assistant
THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION

Responsibilities
• Utilize analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to provide solutions to customers
• Process and explain documents including customer impact
• Assist in managing incoming and outgoing calls and walk-in customers
• Efficiently process customer payments
• Work independently to meet deadlines when processing job assignments
• Update customer files and policies
• Assist in resolving business issues using technology
• Work well on a team as well as independently Qualifications
Requirements
Must hold or obtain a 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license

•Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license
