Shipping Lead
1st shift (Mon-Fri)
9a.m-5p.m
Express Employment Professionals Atlanta NE location has an immediate open position for an experienced Shipping Lead in the Gwinnett area for a fast-growing apparel company.
This is a Temp to Hire position for a career minded individual with at least 5 years of shipping experience.
Duties
Communicate with customers on a daily basis via phone and email with regards to product shipments. Create shipping invoices.
Requirements
- Candidate must have advanced level experience with UPS World Ship and FedEx Ship Manager to be considered for this position.
- Experience with international shipments, including creating customs invoices.
- Able to create and import spreadsheets and mapping fields with UPS and FedEx Software.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Rate sourcing experience with various carriers i.e. LTL vs. Air vs. Ground.
- Able to lift 40-50lbs. and use a pallet jack.
- Climate Controlled work environment.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
