Administrative Services Rep- Mailroom
Mon-Fri
8:00a.m.- 5pm
Express Employment Professionals Atlanta NE location has an immediate need for a Full-time Admin in the mailroom of a thriving company in the Brookhaven area. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in administrative and clerical duties with the same company. Job stability and 3+ years' work experience with the same company is required to be considered for this position.
Job Summary:
Primary responsibility - Incoming and Outgoing Mail Services along with Filing and other miscellaneous administrative duties as described below.
Essential Functions:
- Outgoing Mail – Pick-up all staff members outgoing mail and coordinate Fed Ex when needed.
- Incoming Mail – Open mail and sort – includes distribution of mail to all staff members
- Daily bar code scanning.
- Incoming Faxes – Sort and distribute to all staff members
- Collect and sort Back-end work to be scanned
- Box up scan files to be stored in the basement and coordinate shredding
- Filing
- Set-up New Business file folders
- Stock mailroom and responsible for ordering & tracking office supplies including printer/fax/copy toners. Change toner as needed and maintain paper stock in printers.
- Back up relief for reception front desk as needed.
- Primary back up for Third party carrier processing.
- Notebook preparation as needed, printing, and maintaining stock.
- Help maintaining stock for coffee, water, drinks in the office.
- Help with daily mail, certificates via E. Mail requests.
Knowledge and Skill:
Requires good organization skills, experienced clerical and computer skills, and initiative.
