Manager

Chelsea Looney serves as the Branch Manager for Express Employment Professionals’ Lawrenceville office, where she has been proudly leading and supporting local businesses and job seekers for the past eight years.

Before joining Express, Chelsea spent over a decade in retail management, developing a strong background in leadership, customer service, and operational excellence. Her retail experience gave her the skills to build relationships, solve problems quickly, and deliver exceptional results—strengths she continues to bring to her role today.

Chelsea loves the impact her work has on both clients and candidates. She’s passionate about helping people find opportunities to grow and succeed, while also partnering with businesses to strengthen their teams. Her focus on professionalism, care, and solutions-driven support reflects the core values of the Express brand.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her two children and exploring one of her favorite places—Savannah, Georgia.

Deziray Davis

Employment Specialist

Deziray Davis is an Employment Specialist at Express Employment Professionals, where she is dedicated to connecting job seekers with opportunities that positively impact their lives while supporting the workforce needs of employers in the community. She joined the Express team in May 2025, bringing with her a strong background in staffing and recruiting.

Before joining Express, Deziray spent several years in the staffing industry, beginning as a Sourcing Specialist and later advancing to Sourcing Supervisor. In that role, she led a team, strengthened client partnerships, and developed strategies for high-volume recruiting, with a particular focus on the healthcare industry. Her experience in recruiting, coaching, and relationship management has built a strong foundation that allows her to bring exceptional value to both clients and associates today.

What drives Deziray most is the impact her work has on people’s lives. Helping someone secure a role that provides stability for their family or assisting a client in filling a critical need is incredibly rewarding to her. She also values the relationship side of her work—building trust with clients and associates and collaborating closely with her team. Express’s mission and values align perfectly with her own approach: working with integrity, service, and a people-first mindset.

Outside of work, Deziray is a proud mom to her daughter and a dedicated cheer mom who loves cheering her on. She enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. A quote she lives by is: “It’s a blessing to be a blessing.”

In June 2025, Madeline began a new chapter in her career, transitioning from over eight years in retail leadership to the world of recruiting. Her goal is to help others make similar transformations—by connecting individuals from all backgrounds with meaningful opportunities that spark growth and new beginnings. Passionate about people and driven by purpose, she brings both professionalism and style to her work, always dressed to impress. Outside of the office, she enjoys fashion and spending time with her dog, Haus.
