Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing agency company dedicated to helping local businesses find local people. Our client located in Caldwell, ID is seeking Flooring Finish Laborers to join their team!
Pay: $20+/hour DOE
Schedule: Variable
Job Summary:
Transport materials, prep concrete flooring and install custom epoxy coatings according to client and management specifications.
Duties and Expectations:
- Clean, sand, and prep concrete surfaces for epoxy coating
- Apply custom epoxy resin coatings with high attention to detail using rollers, squeegees, or sprayers
- Operate a 13-foot box truck with lift gate for transporting materials
- Load and unload flooring materials and equipment
- Work in a variety of environments with a flexible schedule
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Up to date resume reflecting relevant experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Experience with concrete finishing or epoxy coatings preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow with a start-up team
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
