Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing firm dedicated to helping local businesses find local people. One of our outstanding clients in Caldwell is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $18
Local Custom Manufactured Homebuilder is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our dealer network and sales operations. This role is responsible for processing dealer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and serving as a key point of contact to ensure accurate and timely order flow from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast[1]paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys working cross-functionally to support customers and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, enter, and process dealer orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Act as a primary liaison between dealers, engineering, and production
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Monitor order progress, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with company processes
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination needs
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work on the phone and computer for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with dealers or in a B2B sales support environment
- Prior residential construction experience Education
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based role within a manufacturing/production environment
- Occasional walking on the production floor may be required
- Environment may include exposure to noise, dust, or production activity
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform job duties for extended periods
- Ability to work on a computer as required by the role
- Lifting requirements only if essential to the position
