Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex near Caldwell, ID. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and helping others maintain quality living conditions.
Pay: $18 - $21/hr
Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday thru Friday
Job Duties:
- Complete apartment turns to prepare units for new residents
- Perform general maintenance and preventative upkeep across the property
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, and painting tasks
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Familiarity with tools and basic repair techniques
- Resume required
