Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable Irrigation / Farm Hand for a full-time opportunity in the Marsing area. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking ranch team, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Installing and maintaining irrigation lines
• Assisting with general ranch and farm maintenance
• Repairing barbed wire fencing
• Spraying weeds and helping maintain property grounds
• Operating tractors, quads, and pickup trucks
Experience We’re Looking For:
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Experience operating farm equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of irrigation systems such as wheel lines, hand lines, gated pipe, creeks, and dams preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors
Pay & Schedule:
• Starting pay: $20+ per hour DOE
• Weekly pay
• Schedule varies Monday–Saturday (occasional Sundays as needed)
• Typical hours between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
