Schedule: Monday thru Friday
Pay (DOE): $18 - $22 an hour
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sign Installer / Sign Fabricator to join our team. This position is responsible for manufacturing custom signs in our shop, building sign frames, preparing materials for installation, and professionally installing completed signage at customer locations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fabricating and assembling signs, constructing metal and wood sign frames, applying vinyl graphics, operating shop equipment and hand tools, loading and unloading materials, and completing safe, high-quality installations. This role also requires providing excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients on-site, representing the company in a courteous manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. A valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a strong work ethic are required. Experience in the sign industry, welding, fabrication, or construction is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
