Job Full Description
Part-Time Shop Worker / Fabrication Assistant
Looking for a hands-on opportunity in a small, laid-back shop environment? We're seeking a reliable Part-Time Shop Worker / Fabrication Assistant to support daily fabrication operations while working directly alongside the owner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sand, grind, and clean metal parts
- Deburr and clean cut parts from the plasma table
- Assist with packaging and shipping as needed
- Support fabrication workflow for tube and sheet metal projects
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Basic fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
- Shop class experience, mechanical aptitude, or hobby fabrication experience (off-road, racing, welding projects, etc.) encouraged to apply
- Experience sanding, grinding, or working with metal parts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistency
Preferred but Not Required:
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm
