Kirby Giulio serves as the Operations Manager & Professional Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals, where she coaches and trains the internal team while overseeing daily office operations. As the Professional Recruiter, she partners with local companies to recruit top talent for key roles across Sales & Marketing, Industrial Leadership, Accounting & Finance, and Human Resources.

With over five years at Express and more than a decade in the construction industry, Kirby is known for building strong relationships—something she describes as simply “making new friends.” She is a Certified Trainer for The 6 Types of Working Genius and a graduate of the Express Leadership Academy for Managers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors—especially in North Idaho—and is a big fan of all things Harry Potter.

Employment Specialist - Industrial & Skilled Trades

As the Light Industrial and Skilled Trades Employment Specialist at Express since July 2024, Lexie has been supporting clients and job seekers. She brings over 13 years of call center experience, including eight years in recruitment, and holds a Six Sigma certification focused on efficiency and process improvement.

Lexie is passionate about building people up and matching individuals with the right companies, believing that when people grow, the community grows with them. Outside of work, she enjoys playing board and video games with her family and is a lifelong sci‑fi fan with a special love for Star Trek.

Amber Lufiyele serves as Recruiter and Marketing Administrator at Express Employment Professionals. She is a dedicated administrative professional with two decades of experience supporting nonprofits, community organizations, and businesses. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University, Amber brings a people-centered approach to every role, combining administrative expertise with a passion for helping organizations and businesses operate efficiently and build meaningful community connections.

In addition, Amber owns and operates her own administrative assistant contract LLC, providing reliable administrative and creative support services to organizations and businesses. She is passionate about creating systems that help teams stay organized, connected, and effective.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys camping with her family, hiking, and getting lost in a good book. Her love for people, community, and lifelong learning continues to influence both her professional and personal life.

Special Projects Assistant

Taylyn Mayes serves as a Special Projects Assistant at Express Employment Professionals, where she supports daily operations by scanning paperwork, assisting with office tasks, and contributing to a variety of projects. With one year of professional experience, she is building a strong foundation in administrative support while continuing her high school education.

Taylyn has been a member of the National Honor Society for the past two years and has consistently earned Honor Roll recognition throughout all three years of high school, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and playing video games.
