Job Full Description
Electrical Assembler
Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with on-the-job training? We're hiring Electrical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. No previous experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Assemble precision electro-mechanical devices by following detailed work instructions.
- Build units, fabricate cables, and solder circuit boards at an assembly workstation.
- Use tools such as soldering irons, oscilloscopes, and basic hand tools.
- Work with materials including epoxy, sealants, cleaners, and adhesives.
- Complete additional assembly tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail when working with small components.
- Experience with crafts, hobbies, or other detail-oriented work is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently use hands, arms, and upper body for repetitive assembly tasks.
- Lift 10-20 pounds repeatedly.
- Normal color vision to distinguish wire colors.
- Ability to see fine details at close range (corrected vision is acceptable).
- Comfortable working with epoxy, glues, sealants, and similar materials.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
