Skilled Laborer – Construction
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
We’re seeking an experienced Skilled Construction Laborer to join our crew on a ground-up construction project. Foundation work is complete, and the project is currently in the framing stage, with opportunities to work through project completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist with wood and metal framing of walls, floors, and roof systems.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans and specifications.
- Install blocking, bracing, sheathing, and structural components.
- Assist with roofing, siding, windows, doors, and finish work.
- Load and stage materials while maintaining a clean and safe job site.
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction experience preferred, with framing or carpentry experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, accurately use a tape measure, and perform basic construction math.
- Experience safely using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Ability to verify structures are square, level, and plumb.
- Dependable team player who follows safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
