Concrete Laborer
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This position involves heavy physical labor, site preparation, material handling, and assisting with concrete work. Previous construction or concrete experience is preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport concrete materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with concrete placement, pouring, finishing, and cleanup.
- Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and setting forms.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–100+ pounds.
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Work Environment
- Physically demanding work performed primarily outdoors.
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
