Inside Sales Specialist
Are you customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in manufacturing? We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join a growing team and provide exceptional service to customers while supporting the outside sales team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate customer quotes and process/review customer orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by communicating lead times, expectations, and order updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service.
- Educate assigned accounts and business partners on products and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Create and analyze sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Previous SalesForce experience REQUIRED
- Associate degree in Business or a technical field preferred, or 2+ years of related manufacturing experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP experience is a plus.
Pay: $21-23/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
