Construction Clean-Up Laborer
Location: Moscow, ID
Pay: $18/HR
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM start
About the Role:
We are hiring a Construction Clean-Up Laborer to support active job sites for a company specializing in drywall, framing, hanging, and taping on construction projects. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone dependable, motivated, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. If you’re reliable, ready to work, and enjoy physical tasks, this is a strong foot-in-the-door role with long-term potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Sweep and maintain cleanliness of construction sites
- Shovel debris and assist with material removal
- Clean up scrap materials and dispose of waste properly
- Move drywall and assist crews with general labor tasks
- Support job site organization and safety efforts
- Follow supervisor instructions and site safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated “go-getter” attitude
- Open to entry-level construction work and learning new skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, squat, and bend throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in active construction environments
- Previous construction or labor experience helpful but not required
