Briana Johnston

Light Industrial & Office Services Employment Specialist

Making her way across the country from the East Coast, Bri has always had a passion for helping people. While attending Dominican University of New York, she earned a degree in Social Sciences and studied Public Health Informatics & Technology. After working in behavioral health for six years, Bri made the transition to working as an Employment Specialist about two years ago. “I’ve always been in community-focused roles, so when I moved here, it was important to me to find a way to stay connected and continue making an impact.” Bri expressed. Challenging herself with the transition from the health field to the staffing industry, the most fulfilling part of being an Employment Specialist has been being not only a support system, but a creative-problem solver throughout the challenges that jobseekers and employers face.

If she isn’t going above and beyond for people - whether working from home or dedicating her time as a board member for a non-profit, Bri will always fit activity into her schedule through the gym or hiking. When she is feeling cozy, she’ll be with her dogs continuously expanding her various knowledge through reading, podcasts, and binge-watching docuseries.

Jaclyn Millet

Skilled Trades & Professional Employment Specialist

Initially from Western Washington, Jaclyn started her journey with being an Employment Specialist as a job seeking associate herself! After earning her degree in Social Justice and Human Services from Western Washington University, Jaclyn entered her local Express looking for work and was offered her position the same day. From that point forward, she has found the most rewarding part of her career to be the meaningful connections she is able to build. Jaclyn shared, “Searching for a new job is rarely just about finding employment. It’s often tied to providing for a family, advancing a career, or navigating an unexpected life change.” Over her eight years in this position, the positive impacts on people’s lives are what keep Jaclyn motivated at work.

When she is not supporting others in the workforce, you’ll most commonly find Jaclyn spending time with her family or…catching them all with Pokémon Go. In any other moment of downtime, Jaclyn will most definitely be focused on music - whether it’s curating the perfect playlist or commenting on the quality of the song, she is always down to discuss music.

Jenyce English

Front Office Coordinator

From a little bit of everywhere in Washington state, Jenyce graduated this spring from Lewis Clark State College with a bachelor’s in communication arts and a minor in Spanish. Though she hasn’t been working in the professional workforce for long, Jenyce has had a passion for working with people since she can remember. She began her workforce journey in the food service industry during the Covid pandemic, and that only further sparked her desire to facilitate ease in every professional setting she enters. Despite only working with Express for a short time so far, Jenyce’s favorite part of everyday is being able to see the immediate positive impact the team can make on employers and job seekers.

When she isn’t at work, you’ll always find Jenyce with her dog. During the warmer seasons, she enjoys being outside and taking in the sun, but as it cools off her hobbies become warmer – like sitting by a heater either diving into a book or taking in a film.
