Though Express Employment Professionals has been serving the Lewis-Clark Valley since the early 90s, Tiffany and Ryan have been proud owners since the beginning of 2022. With both earning degrees from Eastern Washington University in the health field, they started their lives and careers in Spokane. When Tiffany and Ryan were approached with the idea of becoming franchisees, it was a no-brainer opportunity that allowed them to continue to foster their family lifestyle and expand their careers in a way that helps people in new and exciting avenues.
After working as a Dental Hygienist for 16 years, Tiffany knew the capability to expand out of healthcare and into small business ownership would not only offer professional growth but an opportunity to spend more time with her family. The flexibility that comes with being a small business owner allows her to do the work that she loves while still doing what she loves most - being a mom. Tiffany, like any mom, works behind the scenes to keep everything in the office running smoothly. She shared, “Helping others and making a difference, one job at a time, is what I enjoy most about owning an Express office.”
Early in his career, Ryan spent time helping people as an Occupational Therapist, and he continues that work by helping businesses build strong teams and job seekers find meaningful work. Ryan described, “Whether it’s an associate thanking us for helping them find a great opportunity or a business telling us we’ve found an essential team member, knowing we’ve made a positive impact on people’s lives and businesses is incredibly fulfilling.” As an owner, Ryan appreciates the freedom to create something of his own, the opportunity to build relationships, and the chance to strengthen our community.
Both Tiffany and Ryan would tell you the most unique thing about Express Employment is that, though part of an international brand, we are locally owned. Each Express office across the nation is individually owned and operated by someone who personally invests time in the communities they serve.
