Truss Laborer Opportunity

We are hiring dependable Truss Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Lewiston. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, physical labor, and working as part of a team to build quality products used in residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack trusses using hand and power tools
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs independently (team lift over 50 lbs)
• Support production operations and automated processes as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Construction experience
• Manufacturing experience
• General labor experience
• Assembly or production experience
