Production Worker
Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $18.50/HR
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
We are hiring a hardworking Production Worker to support operations at a busy paper mill. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, enjoys physical work, and values consistency and long-term stability. You’ll play a key role in the production process by handling waste materials, supporting converting operations, and helping ensure efficient workflow throughout the facility.
What You'll Do:
- Load product onto conveyor belts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Stack, band, and wrap pallets
- Operate a forklift to move materials, load/unload trucks, and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet productivity goals
What We're Looking For:
- Warehouse or production experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and efficient
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
