Apartment Turnover Technician Opportunity

We are hiring a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a local property management company. This position is ideal for someone with residential maintenance experience who takes pride in preparing apartments for new tenants and ensuring units are clean, safe, and move-in ready.

Candidates with experience in apartment maintenance, property maintenance, painting, handyman work, residential repairs, or building maintenance are encouraged to apply.

Must-Haves

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repairs

Key Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls
• Complete minor maintenance and repair tasks
• Clean apartments and common areas as needed
• Remove debris and prepare units for new residents
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report maintenance concerns as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Basic knowledge of residential maintenance techniques
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and complete projects efficiently

Preferred Experience

• Residential maintenance
• Apartment turnover experience
• Painting and drywall repair

• General repairs and building maintenance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing physical maintenance tasks
