Landscaping Laborer
Pay: $18hr–$23hr, BOE
Schedule: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Requirements: Valid Driver’s License required

Position Overview: We are seeking dependable, hard‑working Landscaping Laborers to join our team. This role involves a variety of outdoor landscaping tasks, including lawn maintenance, installation projects, and hardscape construction. Ideal candidates are motivated, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a crew.
Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance
- Installation of retaining walls and paver patios/walkways
- Mulching, planting, and basic landscape design implementation
- Operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Assisting with jobsite cleanup and equipment maintenance
- Following company safety guidelines and procedures
- Driving company vehicles as needed (valid DL required)
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Prior landscaping or hardscape experience a plus
- Skid Steer experience a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
