Spotter – CDL Experience Preferred
$21/hr | 2nd & 3rd Shift | Overtime Available
We’re seeking a Yard Spotter to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving trailers safely and efficiently on-site—no road driving required. CDL experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:

Operate a single-cab spotter truck to move and back trailers within the yard

Manage trailer rotation in tight spaces safely and quickly

Listen to and accurately repeat trailer numbers for paperwork

Maintain strong situational awareness and safety standards

Work efficiently under pressure while staying calm and focused
What We’re Looking For:

Valid CDL required

Ability to maneuver trailers in tight spaces

Strong memory for numbers and attention to detail

Safety- and attendance-oriented mindset

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with hustle
